These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the EduRisers Teacher Management & Performance Portal. By creating an account, accessing, or using the portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

The EduRisers Teacher Management & Performance Portal is an internal platform used for teacher management, attendance tracking, scheduling, performance monitoring, document submission, payroll and invoicing support, reporting, and related administrative functions. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and EduRisers regarding your use of the platform.

2. Accounts

To use the portal, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use only your assigned account
• Promptly update information when it changes
• Notify EduRisers immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. EduRisers may approve, suspend, restrict, or deactivate accounts when necessary for operational, security, or legal reasons.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the portal only for legitimate EduRisers-related purposes. You must not:

• Share or transfer your account credentials
• Access another user's account without authorization
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Modify, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt portal operations
• Circumvent security measures
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the platform for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or unauthorized purposes
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit portal content without permission

4. Data & Records

Attendance records, schedules, performance reports, uploaded documents, payroll records, invoices, and administrative records maintained within the portal are considered official EduRisers records.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and complete. EduRisers may review, verify, correct, or update records when necessary for administrative, compliance, or operational purposes.

5. Payroll, Invoicing, and Performance Records

The portal may display attendance summaries, performance metrics, payroll-related information, invoicing records, and administrative reports. Displayed information is provided for operational reference and may be subject to verification, adjustment, correction, approval, or reconciliation by authorized EduRisers personnel.

6. Intellectual Property

The portal, including its software, design, layout, logos, trademarks, graphics, databases, and content, is owned by or licensed to EduRisers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the portal without written authorization.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

EduRisers may suspend or terminate access to the portal if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Provides false information
• Engages in unauthorized access or security violations
• Misuses portal features
• Breaches company policies
• Engages in conduct that may harm EduRisers, its staff, teachers, students, clients, or operations

Termination of portal access does not automatically terminate employment, service agreements, contracts, or other legal relationships unless separately communicated.

8. Limitation of Liability

The portal is provided on an "as available" basis. EduRisers does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary system downtime
• Technical failures
• Internet or network interruptions
• Unauthorized access caused by factors beyond reasonable control
• User errors or misuse of the platform

To the extent permitted by law, EduRisers' liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable Philippine law.

9. Changes to These Terms

EduRisers may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the portal or communicated through official channels. Continued use of the portal after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the portal shall be subject to the appropriate courts located in Bohol, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
